The Olivastro and Ginepro room:

The rooms are suitable for 2 adults and, upon request, for 1 child aged 12 and over.

Younger children are only accepted in the farmhouse.

Each room has an independent entrance, terrace, private bathroom with shower, and private parking near your room.

The rooms are located in the ancient annex, the style is natural that fits perfectly with nature surrounded by gardens and terraces, with the Mediterranean atmosphere with a magnificent view of the Sardinian countryside

We have set up a kitchenette with fridge and gas BBQ on request ,on your private terrace, with a family table

In case of a large family it is possible to book the farmhouse or the 2 rooms , instead there is no connecting door from one room to another.

Stazzu la Capretta is located in one of the most beautiful regions of the Costa Smeralda in an environment absent from light pollution, which allows the observation of a starry sky with several shooting stars in a romantic atmosphere, at the same time only 15 minutes from the city of Arzachena and the artistic village of San Pantaleo and only 8 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda.

Given the weather circumstances , we have installed mosquito nets on the windows of the bedroom and the bathroom.
You can open the windows to get fresh air into the room and you also have a fan at your disposal. Otherwise, you can refresh the room 2 hours a day with the air conditioning, in case of extension during the day or night you will be charged 5€ more per night or 10€ for the whole day

Services:

Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10.00 am on your terrace.
In case of early morning excursions, we can make you breakfast from at 8am.
Small menu dinner on request in the morning served on your private terrace in the evening.
Bath towels are changed every 4 days, with a little cleaning of the room.
Change of sheets every 7 days.
Conditions: Minimum stay 3 days.
Arrival after 5pm, Departure before 10.30 am.
You can't smoke in the rooms, on the terrace it's allowed.
As we have animals, we unfortunately cannot accept yours.
